Si no hay trabajo extra, es tiempo de dedicarnos a nosotros mismos y hacer lo que nos gusta. A mi me encanta despertar mis papilas gustativas con nuevas recetas.
Aunque es verdad que cada vez disfruto más comiendo solo fruta, hoy os presento un batido, realmente bueno, en el que mezclo manzana, con frutos secos. Bueno, en realidad, con leche de almendras, que me encanta!
A esta receta le he añadido un poquito de maca en polvo, que es un tubérculo. Puede obviarse, pero es verdad que le da un sabor especial, dulce, al tiempo que consigue cambiar la textura y hacer el batido más espeso.
Algunos consideran la maca como un "superalimento". Yo, personalmente, no creo en los superalimentos, más allá de la simple fruta.
Sin embargo, en su día me compré maca en polvo por sus propiedades, y ahora lo gasto de tanto en tanto. Por si no has oído hablar de la maca, te diré que tiene proteínas, aminoácidos esenciales, fibra, vitaminas del grupo B, hierro, calcio, fósforo, potasio o sodio. Además, estudios nutricionales aseguran haber demostrado su acción nutritiva en casos de anemia, que proporciona energía y reduce el estrés.
Últimamente ando un poco estresada... a ver si me ayuda!

Ingredientes:
1 manzana pelada
250 ml. leche almendras
1 cucharada pequeña de cacao crudo en polvo
1 cucharada pequeña de sirope de agave
1/2 o 1 cucharada pequeña de maca
Batir, con una batidora de mano, la leche, la manzana pelada y troceada, junto con el resto de ingredientes.
Nuestro desayuno de hoy se ha completado con unas bolitas dulces. Otro día os cuento cómo las he hecho :)

APPLE AND ALMOND SHAKE WITH MACA

In this recipe I added a bit of maca, wich is a tuber. Can be ignored, but it's true that gives the recipe a special flavor, sweet and also change the texture making the shake thicker.
Some consider the maca as a "superfood". I personally do not believe in superfoods, beyond de simply fruit.
However, once I bought maca powder because of its properties. In case you have never heard about maca, I will say that has protein, essential amino acids, fiber, B vitamins, iron, calcium, potassium or sodium. In addition, nutritional studies claim to have proven nutritional action in case of anemia, wich provides energy and reduces stress.

1 tsp raw cacao powder
1 tsp agave syrup
1/2 o 1 tsp maca powder
Blend all ingredients together.
